Upgraded counter here.

This is available for $200 picked up.  Will consider drop off in Raleigh 
area.

9 digit (10 with computer interface)

A/B channels
1 Megohm/50 ohm input switchable impedances (AC or DC coupling)
Sensitivity <35 mV
HPIB interface
Math functions
Gate infinitely settable to 10 seconds
Internal reference oscillator with option for external

Will include a factor of 10 prescaler which allows measurements up to 1 GHz.

Been using for the past couple years with a Rb standard.
