Here is a copy of the survey email with a link to the site where the survey
is hosted.

There's a lot more to it than combining  single op categories. I recommend
everyone put in your 2 cents worth. There are a number of places you can
put in long winded comments. So  I did. I saved copies of some of them and
would to generate a few discussions here later.
