Hi Kent -
Any logging program that is worthwhile would not venture to identify
countries internally. Instead,  it reads a dynamic file like cty.dat

In the case of HRD, google indicates it is DX ATLAS.

So you either need to update it or edit it.
google indicates http://dxatlas.com
