However...  

UCE will be unable to attend the infamous PVRCNC Gathering of fibbers, tall
tale tellers and outright little white lie tellers this Thursday evening.
Secondly,  I don't have a clue what a Heil HC-4 mic element might be, what
it's application or purpose might possibly be or why anyone would want such
a device.  

Therefore may I recommend since I can only assume an HC-4 is probably some
type of electronic thingy, that you offer it to N4YDU.  If he can't use it,
I'm sure his pal Oscar could.  You see, Oscar is very proficient at chewing
up things like wall warts, TV remote controls and cameras.  I'm told he can
chew, scratch and claw his way through drywall in a heartbeat so that thingy
you offer may be just what Oscar may dream about having.

Whilst combing through the detritus I found a Heil HC-4 mic element that I
acquired many moons ago. If memory serves me (which it often doesn't) it
came from K1GG in some sort of horsetrade. It is used, but never by me.
This is a bare element cartridge. No warranty, no guarantee, but the price
is right. Speak up and its yours, but 'UCE gets first dibs. I can bring it
Thursday to the meeting.
