[PVRCNC] [PVRC] NC QSO Party

Huge thanks to Marty W4MY  for loaning me hamsticks complete with mounting 
and tuneup for going mobile 40 and 20M so I'll be a last minute wanderer.

I really need someone to drive, log, operate or any combination of those. 
Would maybe hit some of those counties going NE toward VA that are not 
showing green on the NCQP map.
