[PVRCNC] PVRC NC-East Chapter meeting for November

The PVRC-NC East chapter will hold its November meeting on Thursday Nov 
1st.  All Iron Butts, Callused Butts, Inquisitive Butts, Gafiated or 
Fafiated Butts, or otherwise generic contesting-oriented Butts are 
welcome to attend.

But no "but"'s or "Butt heads".  Fill up Manchesters with Butts.

Butts escaping from the FrankenStormOfTheMillenia are also welcome. 
Just in case your city of 10 million happens to be poorly located for 
current WX condx.
