Comments:

1) ---ARRLDX CW LOGS DUE 3/20---
2) One of the clubs within the circle made a last minute decision to
compete, we lost some scores. Additionally, the DXpedition scores will
probably end up being reduced in proportion to non-PVRC participants,
lowering the aggregate CW to closer to 110M.
