Guys,
If you've wanted to play with an SDR or a panadapter, SDR kits are
available from:
http://www.kb9yig.com/
These are mostly through hole kits -- except for a few bypass caps and
the IC's.
These are "combined kits" and can be built for a single band
160,80,40,30,20M or if one asks, one can a crystal that allows it to
work at the K3 IF frequency. The kit contains all parts to allow it to
work at the K3 8.215 IF as well. A few changes in 40M kit components
allows this to happen.
I've built a half dozen of these kits over they years. They work pretty
well for the cost. Both panoramic display software and SKIMMER work fine.
