[PVRCNC] Listen on 7026

[Guy Olinger K2AV]

Yeah, yeah, like all you guys wanting to drive a tank without first knowing
what all the levers do, and where in hell is the brake pedal and the
steering wheel?  Oh well, I'll just turn it on and see what happens next.
 Can I steer it with an SWR meter?
