[PVRCNC] Listen on 7026

Eat your heart out, Nate.  I've been preparing for Stu Perry testing my 2 mw 
battery powered xmtr into a cantenna dummy load. Didn't realize it was 
getting out so well. Software glitch and can't turn it off until the coin 
size clock battery runs down or April 1, whichever comes first. Wait until I 
hook it up with a fresh battery to a 40M loop!
