[PVRCNC] Listen on 7026

Well - I just turned on my rig and NOTHING on 7.026 from here.   Is this a day time thing?

Nah, ain't me either. I just hooked the antennas back up after a week and half. It's louder on my K9AY NW/SE, several dB weaker on NE/SW directions. Dan's right. It's dahs.
