[PVRCNC] TS-850SAT for sale

I am reluctantly selling my Kenwood TS-850SAT second radio so that I can get something more portable to match my new semi-retired lifestyle and frequent travels. Putting it out to PVRC before listing on QTH and/or eBay.

This radio is in the 2.8M serial range. Face and display are perfect. Some VERY minor scratches around the case. AVVID (the Kenwood guy in TX) did a full refurbish a couple years ago. Recapped the display unit which is bright with no defects. Aligned the radio and replaced the battery. Everything including auto tuner work perfectly. Used very little since then.

It is fully populated with an International 2.1 khz SSB  and International 400 hz CW filter in the 8.8mhz IF; it has a Kenwood YG-455CN-1 270 hz CW filter in the 455 kz IF. Very good selectivity in both modes, especially CW.

Radio has not been modified. Also included is an external Kenwood IF-232C serial interface and the DIN connecting cable. Works perfectly interfacing N1MM and other logging programs.

Looking for $800 for radio, power cord, all filters, original carton, instruction manual and interface unit. I also have the matching PS-52 power supply and SP-31 speaker with cartons. Also clean and perfect. I'd like to keep those to use with replacement radio, but if anyone wants a full matching Kenwood set, I'll sell the complete package for $1k. Paypal OK but prefer cash/check to save fees. Shipping extra if required. Will meet at NC/VA line for exchange. Pictures and/or sked on request (off line).
