Not an enjoyable contest.  BIC was not to be.

301 q x100 mults = 114,000

Oddball prop JA,BA,BD,XV showed up.  Working W1's and 8/9 was easier 
with beam pointed S.  WV K8II was strongest with beam West.  SA/Carib 
was like pulling teeth Sat.

Was impressed how well SKIMMER decoded many really weak signals.
