Managed to get my Lazy-7, which has been suffering from the droops all
summer (and fall), before the contest started. Only had enough energy for a
couple of hours the first night. Noted that my long neglected K9AY array
didn't seem to be working either. Saturday with daylight, I rebuilt part of
the control box. Note to self: cheap import binding posts don't last more
than two years when exposed to weather, something you think would be
obvious.... K9AY still not working, but the binding posts are new and
shiny! Second night/morning worked some EU, hopefully a couple of new ones.
Missed MS, ND, KH6 and KL7 for WAS. Nice to be back in the saddle, even if
not for very long. Good to hear all the PVRC calls.
