Jack's been at it again:

Any one who missed it, W0UCE was recognized in the April bulletin of CW Ops

Seems he helped a PVRC'er raise his code speed from 8 wpm to 20wpm in
two weeks in the CW OPS
CW Academy program !

The bulletin goes on to say:
"You will be seeing mention of the CW Academy in various ham
publications. A press release has
been sent to major ham radio publications around the world. An article
on the Academy has been
submitted to QST as well. We don’t have a publication date but will
let everyone know as soon as
we do.
