[PVRCNC] adapters

Yeah, the 75 ohm variety female has a very skinny center. Haven't seen any
of those in a long time. The male 75 ohm into a female 50 sometime loses
contact if the center pin solder was exact. Need for 75 ohm variety was
analog TV camera video, was it not? All going the way of the analog dodo
bird.
