[PVRCNC] PVRC/NC East Chapter Meeting Thursday

Thursday December 1st is the first Thursday of December, so it is again 
time for another regular NC-East Chapter aggregation of chapter members, 
plus any guests who want to invite themselves.

November has been a full month, so drop by to swap sea stories and 
compare SS notes, boast of tremendous DX worked in improving conditions, 
quaff an 807/soda/whatevah, and enjoy a nice evening among friends.
