For our widely scattered membership, here's a chance to make a contribution 
towards the club award whether you live in VA, MA, GA or CA, or even G, DL 
or F. See new rule 4.2.1 reprinted below.

 4.2 CLUB COMPETITION - between contest clubs and groups, separately for 
Russian and foreign clubs.

 4.2.1 Participants of CLUB competition may submit their score for their 
club regardless of country and distance to the club HQ.

Note the request to keep JA emergency frequencies clear when there is
