[PVRCNC] 5M Page Changes

Everyone,

I've uploaded a couple of changes to the 5M pages.

First, the Season-to-Date page:  http://www.pvrc.org/5M/5MYTD.php  now shows
your overall rank.  Thanks to Wayne, N1WR, for the suggestion.

Second, the 5M Program Rules have been updated to replace the old MS Word
DOC file with a PDF file.  The content should be essentially the same, but a
few sections were reworded and the way Single and Multi Ops are scored was
split into two sections.  The updated file can be found here:
http://www.pvrc.org/5M/5milrules.pdf.
