[PVRCNC] Website headzup

Sometime in the next week there is going to be downtime for the PVRC/NC 
website.  Judging by the number of hits per day, unlikely to be a 
problem or of interest to anyone.

But sure as pond scum on a south Louisiana bayou, there will be someone 
who chooses that EXACT moment to hit the webpage.

So.  Now you know why its gonna be screwed up...... Either you got there 
at exactly the right moment in time, or else I muffed it.   :o
