[PVRCNC] Southern Sudan

I believe this will be a "new" country when the smoke clears. Southern Sudan (ST0) used to be a DXCC entity but was deleted. QSOs between May 1972 and December 1994 count for this country.  Since this will be a "retread", I wonder if the ARRL will just reinstate ST0 with a new date or will it be a totally new entity completely separate from the old ST0?

I had not heard of this.  Southern Sudan recently voted to split from the North.  A new DXCC entity in the making?
