N4XD is Ron and he used to be in PVRC.  Maybe he does't submit his log for the club anymore?  He submitted a log in 2008 for SS CW.  I think he has/had an antenna farm near Pittsboro and he would operate there occasionally.

During the 10m contest I worked a bunch of locals via ground wave. Some 
have submitted logs and one listed PVRC but isn't in the PVRC roster.
