I don't know if someone posted the details or not, so I'll post mine.  And I'm not sure if it'll take an attachment, but I'm including my Excel file.  If not, let me know where I can post it.  Let me know if there are any errors in my formulas.  The file is nice to get some stats off of it and for potential new members.

Here are some preliminary results of grabbing the data from ARRL's site on submitted scores.  There are a few scores in PVRC on ARRL's site that have a zero score.  That means a score wasn't included in their log when they submitted it.  I hope it comes out well organized in the email.  It looks so much nicer in Notepad.  :-)

Those are members in our sections that submitted a score and aren't in a club.  It is possible they are outside the circle though.  Plus there are other potential calls that are in a club, but in our sections, that I didn't include.  They can easily be found by sorting the data by section.
