[PVRCNC] Problem with N1MM in WAE QTC mode

Had a weird problem with N1MM in QTC mode. As long as I was in S&P mode, QTCs were sent with no problem. However if I was in Run mode and tried to send QTC, it would insert the receiving station's callsign/599/serial number after EVERY QTC sent!
Example: I'm running and DL1A calls...

(I hit CTL-Z to go into QTC mode and find I can send 2 more QTCs to DL1A)

I found out that I could stop this insertion of their report only by going from S&P mode to Run mode prior to sending QTC. Anyone else have this problem or know what is going on here?
