Good work Rich...
I was looking over the list and I believe that KU4BP and WM2Z are already PVRC NC chapter members. Perhaps they submitted scores for another club or maybe no affiliation at all?

Subject: [PVRC] Sweepstakes 2011 - new member candidates
All:
I have been talking to various members about our three-peat in Sweepstakes -
an amazing accomplishment from this coast.
While reviewing the results, one thing that struck me was the number of hams
in the PVRC Circle area who submitted at least one score for Sweepstakes but
are not PVRC members - for whatever reason. By contrast, looking at the
NCCC region, I've noticed that 95%+ of the scores list NCCC as the club
affiliation in the club column.
I've heard that NCCC has gone on a recruitment binge and has brought into
the folk several members - who have become productive club members through
submission of scores to not only Sweeps but also other contests.
So....
I've gone through the 2010 Sweeps results and have pulled a list of all
calls in the PVRC Circle (this entailed eliminating stations outside the
circle (e.g., hams in the Charlotte area, hams in the western 2/3 of West
Virginia, hams in far western Virginia) for hams who did not list any club
affiliation and submitted a combined 10,000 points or more in score - there
are 39 different hams in the Circle area who submitted at least 10,000
points in score. One submitted nearly 100,000 points!
Perhaps you know one of them and can approach them as to their interest in
the club!
In the attached URL is a link to a MS Excel file listing 2010 scores for
various non-members and a summary tally of each ham's 2010 efforts.

The club's website has a list of all meetings this coming summer and fall -
they are all over the place. We also have summer events such as Fowlfest
which brings together members across regions. Finally, we will also have a
series of on-the-air meetings prior to the commencement of the CW Sweeps
(which by the way is a little over three months away!). Remember, pursuant
to the club's bylaws, a prospective member must attend two meetings in order
to be voted into membership and must (officially) have a sponsor.
