[PVRCNC] Prolific usb to serial

Anyone using same ?
NX9T is having problems. Since it looks ok on the PC end,
would be helpful if he could hook his cable to your working setup.

Part of my worry is that a lightning strike nearby is enuff to fry the
interface- on the rig
side, but it still shows ok on PC hardware device side. Hopefully it
is just his setup.
