You are absolutely right Ron.
There isn't any marking on this one, I was using it with a Proset and an Icom 756pro.

I would think it would be as yours "no cap"

FYI - There are two types of ICOM blue adapters, with capacitor and without. 
You might want to verify which type you have as I'm pretty sure it makes a 
difference. I believe I have the "no cap" type on my IC756 Pro III. It is 
written on the blue marker with magic marker in my case. 73 Ron W8RJL
