[PVRCNC] N1MM database help!

After many years of no problems at all with N1MM, it all came to a crashing end this weekend.

I am getting multiple errors 3159, 3008 mostly. Looking at messages on the MM reflector it appears that I may have a corrupt database. Several of the posts recommend to do a repair in Microsoft Access. This is a problem as Access doesn't know what to do with it. It comes up as database type unknown. Is there any quick way to try and repair this in order not to completely lose out on CQWW this weekend? I've already spent most of my operating time trying to fix these &*&$$ problems.
