Google "anchor drill rock epoxy". Extensive how-to information available.
We did this kind of thing back in 1980, putting in tower bases and guy
anchors on a rocky top mountain (Ninham Mountain in Putnam County, NY)
for the 145.13 repeater. Using one inch anchor bolts and such. Very
heavy duty.
Looking through a few of the Google hits, that's what we did, and the
installation is still there. Up high enough into the weather to cover
into NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT, RI, NH. Hasn't been scraped off the top,
though they have the weather there to do it.
