[PVRCNC] to meet or not to meet

I agree that we should officially cancel and tell Manchester's we don't need 
the room. I'm actually in town next Thursday, it's close to my house, so may 
go over for a cold one and look out for any visitors or stragglers who don't 
read their email. I do think it's important that  we maintain consistency 
and regular meetings.  We used to suspend meetings during the Summer but 
went back to a 12 month schedule for that reason.
