The next sprint ladder starts on July 23rd. Ref:

This evening (Thursday) the weekly sprint will start at 0230z on
15-40M, dupes allowed (after intervening qso).

In the ladder, dupes are not allowed and the bands are 20m-160m.

The normal slow speed warmup begins at 2200 local- activity should be
centered on 14040 and 7040.
