[PVRCNC] March Paper Contest Hint

The March PVRC Paper Contest will help participants hone their S&P skills.
The contest sponsor highly recommends participants bring a sharp pencil with
an eraser or separate pencil and eraser if you plan to enter the contest.   

 

While PVRC NC's one and only "Elscribo Emphatico" has stated in the past
that crayons may be employed when participating in paper contests, the
bandwidth associated with a crayon will be far too wide for this "operating
event."
