[PVRCNC] February NC East Chapter Meeting

The NC East chapter will hold its regular meeting for February on 
Thursday February 4th.  It will be at its regular time – 6:00pm[ish] 
until whenever.   It will be at the regular Leesville Road Manchesters’. 
  Same time, same place.  Assuming the road conditions are less icy, 
come out and enjoy the food, fellowship, and an occasional 807.

It is anticipated there will be “attaboys”, “good jobs”, and “well 
dones” with regards to Sweepstakes 2009.  Those are sure to be followed 
up with “lets do it agains”, “looking for a sweep in 2010s”, and “what 
the hecks a myCrowFone?s”.

The evenings' entertainment will be an IPQSOP [In Person QSO Party], 
probably in a "sprint" format.  Like any other contest, the IPQSOP will 
be a lot more fun if participation levels are high. Butts in chairs = 
Q's in logs.

Any other IPQSOP inquiries regarding rules, good practices, QSO 
exchanges, contest scoring, prizes, rubber clocking, time limits, use of 
spotting networks whether human or robotic, or lack of any thereof, 
should be addressed to the IPQSOP sponsor, AA4NC.  All judgments or 
rulings by the contest sponsor are final, and contestants disputing 
rulings will be ridiculed and mocked by the other contestants as required.

Be sure to BYOLM [Bring Your Own Logging Materials], as the crayon box 
previously used for supplying the unprepared contestants with logging 
materials has been inadvertently misplaced, along with all meeting 
minutes for 2009.
