[PVRCNC] NC East Chapter - September schedule change

At yesterday's picnic hosted by W0UCE(Thanks Jack!), it was determined 
that the regularly scheduled meeting for September might better serve 
the group at large if it were re-scheduled to be the Second Thursday of 
the month.  General consensus of those who happened to be standing 
around at the time agreed, so please re-mark your calendars.

The September 2010 PVRC-NC East chapter meeting will be held at 
Manchester's on Thursday September 9th.  This will move it to be the 
week following the Labor day holiday rather than on the 2nd, going into 
the holiday.

Hope to see everyone there on the 9th.  The new contest season will 
start heating up as the temperatures cool down.  Time remains to get the 
antennas fixed, and be ready for the long, long, LOOONG awaited return 
of sunspot induced propagation improvements(we hope).

For 2010 imaginary extra points will be added for contacts with "THE QSO 
Whisperer", aka Grasshopper.  Imitator "QSO Whisperers" will have points 
deducted, be ridiculed mercilessly for not thinking of claiming the 
title "QSO Whisperer" first,  and have their QSO's stricken from the logs.

Complaints, whining, moaning, and general disgruntled commentary should 
be directed to KA1ARB.

Inaccuracies, boasts, poetic license, "elaborations", and other 
downright fabrications are provided free of charge.
