[PVRCNC] Contesting interfaces

Suspect the 2.8 will work fine standalone.
Caveats include other programs running and use of packet.

Over time, I think you would be happier with winkey. The change in CPU
load is huge and you can
exploit future so2r.

N4ZR has piexx (and n1mm) experience, should you need it.
