[PVRCNC] Different location for next week's PVRC meeting

As you are all getting ready for CW Sweepstakes next weekend, plan to attend
the next PVRC meeting next Thursday.

BUT remember that for NEXT WEEK ONLY we are in a DIFFERENT LOCATION.  We
will meet at the Manchesters Grill near Briar Creek ­ NOT the Manchesters in
Raleigh.
