[PVRCNC] K1EL WinkeyerUSB Help Needed

I am no longer in possesion of my WinkeyerUSB CD-ROM and need to get my unit back connected.

I need the VCP (Virtual Com Port) driver for Win2000 and also the Read Me First.pdf that goes with it.  I remember its a tricky install.  I went to the FTDI website and found the driver sans the all important 
Read Me First.pdf.  (I have everything else I need, i.e., WKTEST from the K1EL site)
