On XP my mouse follows the screen. That is to say that if the monitor is in
fact with its right side on the bottom, on end from its default
presentation, and the rotate is made in the settings to make print appear
normal left to right in spite of the monitor on end, the mouse moves in the
normal way.

I didn't have to do anything to the mouse.
