Unlikely I will be able to attend the con-gress (which of course is the 
opposite of pro-gress).

But then, it probably doesn't matter much since during the past month I have 
not done anything "radio" except take the first rudimentary step toward a 
RTTY interface by buying a pretty cool circuit board from W3YY. Needs to be 
installed in a box and connected.  I'll report on that at the first meeting 
after I get a round tuit (which is required for the job).
