My notice also came from "his.com", rather than from 
"qth.net". The only postings in the last 30days (as far back 
as my records go) from "his.com" were the test message and 
the unsubscribed message immediately afterwards.

I presume this is spam and has nothing to do with the status 
of the PVRC_newsletter mailing list. I expect it's easy 
enough to get the list of subscribers to the ml, but quite 
what this fellow is getting out of telling us that we're 
unsubscribed I don't know.
