[PVRCNC] NC/East chapter meAting - last call for February meetup

In just about 24 hours from the prestidigitation of this missive, the 
PVRC/NC-East chapter will hold its only official meeting to ever be held 
on February 5th, 2009.  Any of you wise-acres that congregate in the 
parking lot before or after will not be considered "official" for the 
purposes of this notification.  Impromptu PVRC/NC-East breakfasts, 
vhf/uhf nets, and 80m BS sessions held on February 5th, 2009 will also 
be ignored.

PVRC'rs from far and wide are welcome to join us at Manchester's. 
Hopefully at least a few of the locals will actually show up too.

Now, it is true we will meet again on the first Thursday of next month, 
and of every coming future month(mostly), but none of THOSE meetings 
will be February 5th, 2009.  So - it is a once in a lifetime 
opportunity.  There can be only one February 5th 2009 NC-East chapter 
meeting, and if you miss it, there is simply no way to recapture the 
uniqueness of February 5th, 2009.

Even if it is dull, boring, or mundane, it will still be a unique 
experience. February 5th 2009 comes only once in a lifetime, and we are 
unique ourselves to be able to experience this day in person. Countless 
generations of humankind have come and gone, without the privilege of 
partaking in the frivolity of the NC-East chapter meeting of 2/5/9.

Besides, given the erratic nature of el Escribano Inexacto, even if he 
chooses to produce an account of the meeting, the accuracy of said 
account will always be in question. ("K4QPL said WHAT?")

Minutes from 1/8/9 should be arriving shortly to underscore this point. :o

So, best to get it straight from the source.  Come swill an 807 and swap 
sea stories about the legendary CQ 160m CW contest of 2009.  "worked 
VK's and ZL's with 5 watts into a light bulb.....on 160!"  ahem...
