Jack...

I posted this to the reflector in case others were also interested.

I have successfully connected to the following skimmer nodes:

* N4ZR     n4zr.dyndns.org  port 7300

* K3MM     k3mm.dyndns.org  port 7300

* WZ7I     cw.wz7i.com  port 7300

* K1TTT-1  70.109.254.107 port 7300

* N6NC     71.136.238.60  port 7300

I find that these are not always online at all times. Pete's is usually the one I check most often.

I do not use N1MM so I can't answer your question about how and where to define the port number to the program. If you are currently connecting to a PacketCluster node, chances are it is using port 23. If you can find where the 23 is defined to N1MM just change it to 7300. I'm sure someone else on the reflector can answer the N1MM port question.
