[PVRCNC] contest speaker for RARS wanted

I probably wouldn't be available to deliver it, but I do have a PowerPoint
deck of the contesting program I delivered at RARS back in 2002.
Clearly it would need some tweaking, but it would give a prospective speaker
a head start.
I know when I first started attending a "local club" there was a group of
guys always hanging out in the back flipping through a copy of The Black
Hole (this was 9-land after all), and I really didn't quite understand what
all that business was about.
The program I gave for RARS was to try and reach "me" going back that many
years -- and maybe add to the fold in the process.
Timing it so that someone could host a few folks for an NAQP or IARU as a
follow-on is always nice, but we'll take what we can get, eh?
