[PVRCNC] PVRC - NC East - PICNIC ANNOUNCEMENT (second mailing)

If you have already RSVP'd - THANKS - and, you may ignore this email.    If
not - read on.

As I said in the first announcement, Laurie and I volunteered to host the
second annual summer picnic at our house.

Day:  Saturday
Date:  August 29th
Time:  14:00 - 19:00 + +
Location:  3233 Gait Way, Chapel Hill, NC - 27516 (we will send driving
instructions later but if interested now, check out google maps)

So far the count of attending is approximately 14. 

Before we get into the actual picnic planning details, we wanted to try to
determine how many people would be attending.   After we get an approximate
count, we will then work on the menu, activities, etc.   

This is not a members only picnic, so please bring along your husband, wife,
or significant other.  (NO PETS)  Also, as we are somewhat space limited, we
would appreciate you not bringing along the young kids.

PLEASE RSVP - ASAP - so we can get an approximate headcount and complete the
planning.

Hope to see you at the meeting this coming Thursday - August 6th.
