I have a Universal tower for sale. It's a 10-model-12-40, 40-foot  
self-supporting (needs a 4'X4'X4' concrete base and the B-22 base mount) tower,  rated 
at 12 sq ft @ 80 mph, derating to 8 sq ft @ 100 mph. Includes top plate  
option, thrust bearing, and rotator plate. The tower weighs all of 106 pounds  and 
can easily be erected and raised by two guys.
