[PVRCNC] PVRC/NC East Meeting on Thursday

Yup.  Time for another PVRC/NC East meeting, this Thursday night, 
September 4th.

On tap this week is a program by N1LN on "Designing a Contest Station 
from the Ground Up".

We will also take a crack at "Station Tune Ups", a moderated interactive 
discussion on possible ideas for station improvements.

Finally, N4TL informs us that there will be a double super secret "guest 
operator" for this month's paper contest.  No doubt this event will 
again spawn nuisance litigation by W0UCE over copyright infringement for 
unauthorized use of his patented "prize enclosures".

So, it's not quite a hurricane party, but you don't need to worry about 
the roof blowing off either.

Flux capacitors are optional.....

....and for those waiting patiently for minutes of prior meetings, they 
are currently vaporware.  They are likely to remain vaporware for the 
immediate future.  But when they DO appear, they will be provided in 
alternative formats.  More on that when it happens.

So be there.  If you wait for the minutes to show up, you'll be months 
behind.
