That's what's so cool about SS. You can dust off and hang those FD/portable 
antennas taking up space in the garage from whatever support is handy. You 
could end up with either a dummy load or some great SS results as Bob does. 
Just find a convenient way to switch them in. Unless you have a dedicated 
matchbox like Bob, it's important to check and adjust resonance so your 
radio or amp doesn't see a big impedance/SWR change when you switch the 
different antennas in and out. Single band antennas are generally better for 
that and if you're doing SO2R, you'll get less interference between radios.
