[PVRCNC] PVRN-NC East summer picnic

If you were at the last meeting of the  PVRC-NC East, you heard that Laurie
and I volunteered (?) to host a summer picnic at our house.   After checking
the calendar for vacations, holidays, and...contests - we determined that
Saturday, July 19th would be a good day.   The long range weather forecast
indicates we will actually have weather that day..just no clue as to how
good or bad.   Time will tell.

Before we get into the actual picnic planning details, we wanted to try to
determine how many people would be attending.   After we get an approximate
count, we will then work on the menu, activities, etc.    NOTE:  We will NOT
be doing any tower work that day, so this is not a tower party disguised as
a picnic :-)

This is not a members only picnic, so please bring along your husband, wife,
or significant other.  (NO PETS)  Also, as we are somewhat space limited, so
we would appreciate you not bringing along the kids.
