[PVRCNC] Bill Edwards K4BWC SK

I have a vivid memory of Bill at a Cary Hamfest some time back, and he 
was full of energy and great fun to be around. An older memory is of Jim 
WW4M and I visiting Bill's shop one time and looking over all the 
different pieces of electronics he serviced. Bill sure enabled a lot of 
RF transmission in his time.
