[PVRCNC] No PVRCNC meeting this Thursday

Just a reminder...

 

We will not be having our normally scheduled first Thursday PVRCNC
meeting this week. Instead we will be having a summer picnic on July 19
at the home of Bruce and Laurie Meier in Chapel Hill. If you have not
already RSVP'ed for this event, please do so as soon as possible to
bemeier at bellsouth.net. It promises to be lots of fun, fellowship and
good food. Contrary to rumor, Bruce's new Elecraft K3 will not be given
away as a door prize, however if you ask nicely and bring a small
deposit, he may let you make some QSOs with it!  :>)

 

Hope your summer projects are coming along well and you are staying
cool. We will have one more summer type meeting at Manchester's on
August 7th, then resume our regular meetings including a speaker in
September.
